This service provides legal advice, advocacy and assistance to people who have been, or may be discriminated against because of a disability. A complaint may be lodged under the Disability Discrimination Act.

The term disability can relate to physical, sensory, psychological, scarring, disease, neurological, psychiatric, intellectual conditions. The act of discrimination can occur in many situations, such as employment, education, clubs and sport, request for information, access to premises, accommodation and land, and Commonwealth law programs.
