GENERALIST LEGAL SERVICE
Southern Community Justice Centre provides free legal assistance and in some cases court representation and/or referral in many areas of law. Assistance is available to all people who live in the southern metropolitan areas. A first free interview is available to all members in the community, regardless of income. Ongoing legal assistance is provided to people who are on low incomes and who are not eligible for a grant of legal aid

CHILD SUPPORT SERVICE
A specialist Child Support Service is also available to parents receiving or those who are eligible to receive child support, as well as parents who are paying child support. Areas of assistance include:

- applications to change child support assessment
- court orders
- child support agreements
- parentage testing
- court representation
- problems with the Child Support Agency

COMMUNITY MEDIATION SERVICE
Southern Community Justice Centre also incorporates the Community Mediation Service, which provides conflict resolution and mediation services to anyone living in any of the greater Adelaide metropolitan areas.
