South East Community Legal Service is a generalist legal service that provides free legal information and referrals to residents of the South East of South Australia. Ongoing legal assistance may be provided to disadvantaged members of the community who are not eligible for legal aid.
The Service is located in Mount Gambier and provides fortnightly outreach services at Millicent, Naracoorte and the Mount Gambier Prison. Outreach is provided to other areas including Robe, Keith, Bordertown, and Kingston SE as the need arises.
The Service has a legal education program targeting schools, TAFE students, members of the public, community workers and community groups. |
